Peggy Porschen was in town to sign one of her new launched book, Cake Chic. She also gave 2 day courses in ICCA, Kota Damansara.
Before we had this autograph, she gave demo on cherry blossom bites that is 15 fondant fancies made from a 20cm square Victoria sponge, flavoured with vanilla, filled with one layer of Morella cherry jam, then dipped in pastel-pink fondant icing.
Peggy and her hubby was invited Rosalind Chan, the owner of ICCA.

FU LO ZOU

Made combine birthday cake for my mother in-law, father in-law and brother in-law. Their birthdays fall few weeks apart. Have to go back to Penang to celebrate with them. Also will be celebrating 52th Merdaka Day on the following day.

My neighbour celebrated his 45th birthday and he got a surprised naughty cake from us.

Made a birthday cake for Vikneshah who has just turned 17th on 16th of August 2009. Its a remade from the cakebyashley. They will celebrate it in school. It's a vanilla butter cake at the bottom and chocolate cake at the top. The whole cake is covered with fondant.
