Peggy Porschen was in town to sign one of her new launched book, Cake Chic. She also gave 2 day courses in ICCA, Kota Damansara.Before we had this autograph, she gave demo on cherry blossom bites that is 15 fondant fancies made from a 20cm square Victoria sponge, flavoured with vanilla, filled with one layer of Morella cherry jam, then dipped in pastel-pink fondant icing.
Peggy and her hubby was invited Rosalind Chan, the owner of ICCA.
