Cupcakes stand

With the helping hand from my architect Dad and daughter, I managed to complete the cupcake stand for 1 hour's time. The green soft vanila card was cut to wrap the round styrofoam and glued. Then I cut a coloured paper to make a tree shape and paste it on the green card .

HAPPY BIRTHDAY DADDY

I'ts 66th birthday for my dad. He's a golfer and he requested for a golf cake. His hobby is rearing birds, gardening and of course playing golf with his friends.
It's victoria sponge cake covered with fondant. The drawing are coloured by using edible colour.
I wish him good health , prosperity and long life. Be always happy too. Oh ya, he's an active blogger too hehehe.

PEGGY PORSCHEN IN TOWN.

Peggy Porschen was in town to sign one of her new launched book, Cake Chic. She also gave 2 day courses in ICCA, Kota Damansara.
Before we had this autograph, she gave demo on cherry blossom bites that is 15 fondant fancies made from a 20cm square Victoria sponge, flavoured with vanilla, filled with one layer of Morella cherry jam, then dipped in pastel-pink fondant icing.
Peggy and her hubby was invited Rosalind Chan, the owner of ICCA.
