Tutorial at MCDC Get -Together on Pull-apart cupcakes (Cupcakes Cake) by Ms Yuha.

1) First choose any picture that you want to do transfering to your cake. Put the picture under the a A4 size clear plastic sheet and then cover with cling wrap.
Prepare a nozzel no.1 and fill it up with buttercream. Draw the outline with buttercream. Freeze it for 5 minutes after done.

2) Prepare piping bag with nozzel no. 3. Fill up the picture with buttercream . Freeze it for 5 minutes. Spread another layer of buttercream and freeze it again for approximately 1 hour.

3) The colour is now firmly stayed onto the plastic sheet .

4) Shape of the picture when taking out from the original base. Be careful of the humidity. Make sure it is really dry when peeling off. If broken, we can always glue it back with buttercream.

5) Prepare the cupcakes and stick it together to any shape you like. Make sure to place them on the cake board.
6) Prepare the buttercream and frost it onto the cupcakes. Make sure it has the same level. If the cake is mountain up, shape it to the level you want.

7) This is what it look like after frosting.

8) Transfer the picture onto the frosted cupcakes. Slowly peel it off from the cling wrap.

9) Whoalla! The picture has now successfully transfered onto the frosted cupcakes.
10) Use a shell nozzel and pipe outerline design.

11) At last, the cake is done!
