On 14th of Dec.08, I attended a chocolate cake demonstration course at Cake Connection ,PJ. (http://www.cakeconnection.com.my/). It was conducted by our friendly instructor Ms Jessie. The 3 item course are Filipino Moist Chocolate Cake, Luscious Dark Chocolate Cake and Rich Moist Chocolate Cake. The toppings for the day are normal chocolate topping and chocolate fudge. All about chocolate!! Each one got to take back 1 slice of each cake. I find the texture is so moist and with the fudge topping, it's so delicious. I'm sure my kids also love them so much. Ha! Ha!
