Egg Tarts

My family always love egg tarts.

I always buy ready egg tarts and never the intention to do it my own. lazy!! So, I decided to give it a try and it turn out ok but messy a little bit. Some egg custards are way to dry and shrinked slightly. Some are nice and looked like the one I bought. The nice ones, I gave to my friends and not nice one , we ate ourself . Need to improve next time! :(

Mahjong tiles from the case. The tiles were made two days earlier and my chinese character is not that good because I didn't go to chinese school. Therefore, I tried my best not to spoil my tiles by copying the chinese writing which I borrowed the real mahjong set from my friend June. It's Hazelnut cake in the bag, in case you're wondering! All are mashmallow fondant. Anybody wants to join me for a mahjong game? I sure loose cause long time never play!! :)
